Concurrence et services publics dans l'Union Europeenne

Abstract

Pendant trente ans, l'unification europeenne a laisse de cote les services publics tels que poste, telecommunications, electricite, transports publics, etc. Les choses ont radicalement change avec l'entree en vigueur de l'Acte Unique et du Traite de l'Union Europeenne, qui se substitue au Traite de Rome. Les consequences sont d'une ampleur surprenante, tant sur la nature des services que sur les conditions de leur production. Ces consequences sont evaluees ici, et des moyens sont etudies pour les corriger dans la mesure ou cela s'avere necessaire.
