Produktionsplanung bei Variantenfließfertigung: Planungshierarchie und Hierarchische Planung

Abstract

Die Produktionsform der Variantenfließfertigung erlaubt es, unterschiedliche Varianten eines Grundmodells gemeinsam auf einem Fließsystem in wahlfreier Reihenfolge (Losgröße Eins) zu fertigen. Auf diese Weise wird auch der effizienten Fließfertigung eine kundenindividuelle Anpassung ihrer Produkte (Mass-Customization) zugänglich gemacht. Bisherige Forschungsarbeiten konzentrieren sich (mit wenigen Ausnahmen) entweder auf die lang- bis mittelfristige Fließbandabstimmung oder die kurzfristige Reihenfolgeplanung. Ansätze, welche das Zusammenspiel der beiden Planungsprobleme oder gar die komplette Planungshierarchie einer Variantenfließfertigung betrachten, sind rar. Dieser Aufsatz entwickelt ein Hierarchisches Planungssystem für die Produktionsform der Variantenfließfertigung, bestehend aus den folgenden Planungsaufgaben: (i) Erstinstallation der Fließlinie, (ii) Produktionsprogrammplanung, (iii) Rekonfiguration des Fließsystems, (iv) Reihenfolgeplanung und (v) Resequencing.
