Abstract

Für die Zwecke der Offenlegung besteht nach handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften ein Wahlrecht zur Anwendung der IAS/ IFRS. Gerade für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen ist zu erwarten, dass die Kapitalgeber vermehrt auf die Anwendung internationaler Rechnungslegungsvorschriften Wert legen, um umfassende Informationen über die wirtschaftliche Lage des Unternehmens zu erhalten. Auch diese Unternehmen können die Förderungsmöglichkeiten des Investitionszulagengesetzes in Anspruch nehmen. Der Beitrag analysiert die bilanziellen Abbildungsmöglichkeiten für mit Investitionszulagen geförderte Sachanlagen. Die bei erstmaligen Ansatz und Zugangsbewertung bestehenden Wahlrechte und Ermessenspielräume werden ebenso untersucht wie mögliche Wahlrechte im Rahmen der Folgebewertung.
