Modello di Microsimulazione EconLav: la costruzione del data-set di input

Abstract

Nell'ottica di una valutazione dell'impatto di riforme del sistema di imposte e benefici sull'offerta di lavoro, sulla finanza pubblica e sulla distribuzione del reddito rivestono fondamentale importanza la qualità e la reliability dei dati necessari alla costruzione del data-set di variabili di input per il funzionamento del modello di microsimulazione EconLav. Il lavoro si propone quindi di presentare le problematiche sottostanti le indagini campionarie in generale e di illustrare alcuni rimedi suggeriti dalla letteratura per la correzione dei dati. La banca dati di riferimento è quella relativa all'indagine campionaria della Banca d'Italia condotta sui bilanci delle famiglie italiane per l'anno 2002. Si presenteranno alcuni possibili rimedi alla correzione delle discrepanze scaturenti dal confronto con gli aggregati di contabilità nazionale relativamente alle principali voci di reddito. Sarà operato un ulteriore confronto tra gli aggregati della Banca d'Italia relativi alle prestazioni di protezione sociale con quelli di fonti esterne, quali ISTAT, Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali ed INPS.
