Abstract

Certaines initiatives internationales visant à assainir les mines de cobalt artisanales en RDC restent discrètes pour gérer les risques perçus et éviter l'exposition aux controverses. Les entreprises minières et fabricants d’automobiles s’auto-invisibilisent tout en influençant le secteur via des ONG et coopératives locales.
