Abstract

Cette étude examine les défauts de construction et erreurs d’aménagement à Bukavu, révélant qu'ils sont principalement causés par le manque d'espace, la mauvaise qualité des matériaux, l'absence d'études géotechniques et l'utilisation de techniciens non qualifiés. Ces problèmes entraînent des conflits coûteux et chronophages entre propriétaires, locataires, entrepreneurs et autorités locales, nécessitant des mesures pour améliorer la qualité de vie des habitants.
