Abstract

L’Est du Congo a été le théâtre de 30 ans d’affrontements. En janvier 2025, Goma, la capitale provinciale du Nord-Kivu, est tombée aux mains du M23. C’est la cinquième fois en trois décennies qu’une rébellion soutenue par le Rwanda prend le contrôle de la ville. Que se passe-t-il en République Démocratique du Congo?
