Abstract

Der Aufschwung in Deutschland bleibt trotz erheblicher Risiken robust. Zum einen ist die Eigendynamik der Konjunktur intakt, zum anderen ist die Unterstützung durch die Niedrigzinspolitik der EZB und die steigenden Ausgaben des Staates erheblich. Der im Vergleich zu früheren Aufschwüngen kraftvollere Binnenmotor ist eine entscheidende Stärke der aktuellen Konjunktur. Dies ist umso wichtiger, als die Risiken, die aus dem Welthandel resultieren, hoch sind. Der Anstieg des privaten Konsums bleibt kräftig. Maßgeblich hierfür sind die stärker steigenden verfügbaren Einkommen infolge höherer Bruttolöhne- und -gehälter pro Beschäftigen sowie eines vermehrten Beschäftigungsaufbaus. Auch die Investitionen setzen ihren Aufwärtstrend fort, während der Außenhandel per saldo einen negativen Beitrag zum Wachstum leisten wird. Das Bruttoinlandsprodukt (BIP) wird in Deutschland 2018 um 1,6 % und 2019 um 1,7 % mit leicht beschleunigendem Tempo zunehmen.Die Arbeitslosenquote liegt in diesem Jahr bei 5,2 % und im nächsten Jahr bei 4,9 %. Trotz der guten Beschäftigungslage und höherer Energiepreise steigen die Verbraucherpreise 2018 nur um 1,9 % und 2019 um 1,8 %.
