Acceso a la justicia revisión de literatura sobre los tribunales del trabajo en Europa y America Latina

Abstract

El presente trabajo trata de ofrecer un panorama general de los debates bibliográficos sobre tribuna- les de trabajo en Europa y Latinoamérica, señalando aquellos temas particulares que han recibido un especial interés por la doctrina. El periodo que se examina se extiende desde 2000 hasta verano de 2019 para poder incorporar las últimas reformas y cambios legislativos en este ámbito. El alcance ma- terial se limita a aspectos procesales de los tribunales de trabajo, incluyendo el acceso a los mismos (representación), la existencia de diversos procesos, recursos e instancias. Por ello, la estructura segui- da en este informe tiene en cuenta la secuencia lógica de las instituciones jurídicas que componen el derecho procesal, ofreciendo algunas propuestas para profundizar en la investigación de este terreno.
