Early warning : employment and related ILO concerns

Abstract

Reviews a sample of early warning systems existing outside the ILO and their inadequate coverage of ILO's concerns. Also briefly examines some current ILO activities which can contribute to early warning and makes a number of recommendations for the IFP/CRISIS follow-up action.
