Abstract

Focuses on irregular migration for sexual and labour exploitation in context with activities that can be relocated and those that cannot. Considers the growth of organised crime involvement, and appends a list of smuggling fees into and in Europe. Part of the ILO Special Action Programme to Combat Forced Labour.
