Technical report, consultant report on choice of technology for rural development in Zimbabwe - reviews development policy affecting implementation of technology appropriate for rural areas, and the institutional framework; describes existing technologies in regard to the household (building material, water supply, sanitation, cooking, etc.), agricultural technology incl. Cultivation techniques, and small scale industries; considers obstacles; includes recommendations. References.
