Abstract

Working paper on definition and measurement of poverty in developing countries - reviews methodological and conceptual aspects and practical problems of poverty measurement based on low income, income distribution, nutrition, etc., outlines an approach based on social indicators such as malnutrition, starvation, land distribution, living conditions, health, etc.
