Abstract

ILO pub-wep pub. Working paper on the rural employment of woman workers as rubber plantation workers in peninsular Malaysia - discusses the use of rural women, family and child labour to reduce labour costs, related impacts on sexual division of labour, wage structure and poverty, educational level of children, etc., Covering both contempoorary period and under colonialism.
