Abstract

Working paper on production capacity, international division of labour and export trends in the textile industry and clothing industry, with particular reference to developing countries - reviews national planning aspects, makes projections regarding industrial production, and considers economic implications with respect to changing international trade patterns incl. In textile machinery. References and statistical tables.
