Abstract

Working paper on the effects of education on employment, with particular reference to developing countries - summarizes the conclusions of several case studies illustrating its role in labour productivity and wages, etc., deals with the problem of educated unemployment and underemployment, and forms part of a WEP research programme relating to education and employment.
