Abstract

ILO pub-WEP pub emanating from the WEP on the structure and dynamics of general systems analysis applied to the synthesis of economic policy and social policy for developing countries - formulates a set of rules governing the interrelationships between different socio-economic elements and their hierarchical ordering according to usefulness for the attainment of balanced development.
