Determinantes de los arreglos contractuales en la participación privada en infraestructura: El caso Peruano

Abstract

Los seis casos de inversión privada en infraestructura muestran marcadas diferencias tanto en términos del desempeño empresarial como en relación al nivel de adecuación de las modalidades contractuales a las características específicas de cada proyecto de inversión. Para entender la diversidad observada, es preciso considerar el contexto histórico en el cual se adoptaron los arreglos contractuales, toda vez que el marco institucional que constituye dicho contexto ha sufrido notables cambios como resultado de la puesta en marcha de las reformas estructurales.
