La economía política de las reformas para la promoción de la equidad social

Abstract

El presente estudio analiza una serie de reformas para la promoción de la equidad social desde una visión de la economía política, describiendo los diferentes tipos y las etapas en los procesos de reforma. Asimismo, se señala cómo se relacionan las reformas para la promoción de la equidad social con otras áreas de las políticas públicas y se describen aquellas características específicas de las reformas en los sectores sociales y sus diferencias con otro tipo de reformas. Por último, el paper plantea algunos desafíos en la lucha contra la pobreza y la promoción de la equidad.
