Abstract

En el periodo 2005-2007 el BID ha realizado 4 estudios del tratamiento, en las Administraciones tributarias de Colombia, Costa Rica, México y Perú sobre los contribuyentes directa o indirectamente vinculados con la Inversión Extranjera Directa. Se detectó la relativa escasez de análisis de esta problemática concreta dentro de los estudios sobre Administración tributaria llevados a cabo en la región y la sensibilidad de esta materia para favorecer el clima de negocios, el Banco, utilizando la financiación del fondo fiduciario de España, consideró interesante hacer un diagnóstico y formular recomendaciones
