Abstract

Este documento incluye estudios que ponen sobre la mesa alternativas de educación técnica y vocacional que han sido probadas en la experiencia internacional. La evidencia analizada en este documento sugiere que la Educación Post-Secundaria no académica de la región crecerá de manera significativa durante la presente década. El comportamiento del mercado laboral muestra una demanda creciente por trabajadores especializados y técnicos, la que ya sobrepasa a la demanda por profesionales y académicos.
