Abstract

Este documento fue comisionado por la Red de Gestión Pública y Transparencia del Diálogo Regional de Política para la V Reunión Hemisférica celebrada los días 17 y 18 de marzo de 2005. El objeto de este documento, redactado por encargo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, es presentar un formato abreviado de cumplimentación de diagnósticos institucionales de sistemas nacionales de Servicio Civil en América Latina y El Caribe. La finalidad de este formato abreviado de diagnóstico es el de servir de base a: a) La elaboración de las evaluaciones encargadas por el BID en el año 2004, y b) La actualización de los diagnósticos realizados, por encargo del BID, con anterioridad a este año.
