Evaluación de una adaptación del Programa HM en Uruguay

Abstract

Este documento presenta los resultados de evaluar el impacto de un programa de promoción de actitudes de género equitativas (Programa HM), aplicado a 326 estudiantes de secundaria de las áreas de Marconi y Casavalle, Montevideo, por el Ministerio del Interior de Uruguay. La evaluación utiliza un diseño cuasiexperimental que comparó los puntajes de la Escala de Actitudes de Género GEM antes y después de la ejecución del programa utilizando una metodología de Pareo por Puntaje de Propensión. Del análisis se concluye que los jóvenes en el grupo de tratamiento no tuvieron una mejora significativa en sus actitudes en relación con el grupo de control. Derivado del análisis de la implementación de la intervención, se plantean cuatro propuestas para la mejora de la ejecución en el futuro.
