Abstract

El sector gastronómico en Bolivia es el segundo producto turístico de mayor interés de los turistas extranjeros, además de ser el principal gasto de los turistas que visitan el país. Por lo que se analiza el potencial de la gastronomía boliviana a través de reseñas registradas en plataformas digitales y posición en el ranking de "Los 50 mejores restaurantes de Latinoamérica†.
