Mobilität von Auszubildenden in Niedersachsen und Bremen

Abstract

"Im Rahmen dieser Studie werden Ausbildungspendler untersucht, d. h. die durch die Aufnahme einer betrieblichen Ausbildung motivierte Mobilität von Jugendlichen. Mit Hilfe verschiedener Indikatoren, die aus Daten der Statistik der sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten der Bundesagentur für Arbeit und Datenmaterial des Statistischen Bundesamtes respektive der Statistischen Landesämter generiert wurden, werden beispielsweise regionale Ausbildungszentren in Niedersachsen und Bremen identifiziert. Im Anschluss daran erfolgt eine Analyse von Ausmaß, Richtung und Struktur von Pendlerbewegungen zwischen diesen und den umgebenden Regionen sowie Vergleiche mit anderen Bundesländern. Abschließend wird ein mögliches Konzept diskutiert, mit dessen Hilfe die im Flächenländervergleich zweitniedrigste Mobilitätsrate der niedersächsischen Auszubildenden gesteigert werden könnte."
