Abstract

"Mehr als jeder fünfte Ausbildungsvertrag in Bayern wird vor Ablauf der regulären Ausbildungszeit beendet. Gleichwohl bedeutet nicht jede vorzeitige Vertragslösung einen Abbruch der beruflichen Bildungsanstrengungen. Bei genauer Betrachtung fällt auf, dass die Betroffenheit und die Folgen von Vertragslösungen im hohen Maße ungleich verteilt sind. Angesichts der demografischen Veränderungen und dem daraus resultierenden Bedarf an Fachkräften einerseits, sowie den Schwierigkeiten junger Menschen beim Berufseinstieg und den nicht unerheblichen betrieblichen Kosten vorzeitig beendeter Ausbildungsverhältnisse andererseits, gilt es, die Anzahl vorzeitiger Vertragslösungen weiter zu senken."
