Abstract

"Seit April 2003 verleihen Personal-Service-Agenturen (PSA) Arbeitskräfte, um Arbeitslosen eine Brücke in den regulären Arbeitsmarkt zu bauen. Um den Erfolg des Instrumentes zeitnah zu beurteilen, führt das IAB eine umfassende wissenschaftliche Begleitforschung durch. In dem Kurzbericht wird über die Vertragsgestaltung, die Zielgruppen, die Zahl der abgeschlossenen Verträge, der bereitgestellten Plätze und über die Höhe der Grundbeträge informiert. Bis Mitte November 2003 wurden 982 PSA-Verträge abgeschlossen mit rund 30.000 Beschäftigten. Insgesamt stehen 42.882 PSA-Pätze zur Verfügung. Im Durchschnitt liegt die Zahl der Arbeitslosen, die eine PSA aufnimmt, bei 45. Beinahe die Hälfte aller PSA entlohnt ihre Beschäftigten nach dem Randstad-Tarifvertrag." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
