Maßnahmen nach § 249h AFG : Teil 2: Regionaler Mitteleinsatz folgt ökonomischen und sozialen Brennpunkten

Abstract

"Von den jährlichen Gesamtausgaben für Maßnahmen nach § 249h AFG (6,3 Mrd. DM) entfallen allein auf die Länder Sachsen-Anhalt, Sachsen und Brandenburg 76 Prozent. Die Maßnahmebereiche in den einzelnen Ländern werden weitgehend von den industriellen Schwerpunkten der ehemaligen DDR bestimmt. Bei den jährlichen Kosten pro Arbeitsplatz gibt es in den Bereichen 'Sonstige Umwelt', 'Soziale Dienste' und 'Jugendhilfe' nennenswerte regionale Differenzen. Dabei können unterschiedliche Einsatzfelder, Anforderungen an die Kapitalausstattung sowie die Qualifikation der Teilnehmer/innen eine Rolle spielen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
