Abstract

"In den neuen Bundesländern werden ABM in beachtlichem Umfang zur Verbesserung von Infrastruktur und Umwelt eingesetzt. Gut die Hälfte aller geförderten Aktivitäten sind im engeren Sinne investiv, nämlich Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der wirtschaftlichen Infrastruktur, zur baulichen Instandsetzung/Planung und zur Umweltverbesserung. Bei den Großprojekten ('Mega-ABM') ist die investive Komponente noch erheblich stärker (gut 90%)." (Autorenreferat)
