Abstract

"Der Forschungsbericht beruht auf einer explorativen Studie, die die Universität Halle und die Aktion Psychisch Kranke e.V. in Bonn für das IAB durchgeführt haben. Literaturstudien und die Sekundärauswertung von Krankenkassendaten zeigen ein hohes Vorkommen von psychiatrischen Diagnosen bei Alg-II-Beziehern. Expertengespräche an fünf Standorten offenbaren unterschiedliche Standards der Betreuung dieses Personenkreises und unterschiedliche Formen der Kooperation zwischen Jobcentern und den jeweiligen Unterstützungsangeboten für psychisch Kranke. Standardangebote im SGB II sind kaum in der Lage, den besonderen Anforderungen des Personenkreises an längerfristiger, verlässlicher und individueller Unterstützung gerecht zu werden."
