Tendencias Internacionales En La Financiación Del Gasto Sanitario

Abstract

. El documento resume las principales tendencias en la financiación del gasto sanitario en otros países de nuestro entorno social y económico. En primer lugar se describen las reformas introducidas en los modelos de financiación de una selección de países con sistemas descentralizados, cuya experiencia resulta especialmente interesante para el caso español. En segundo lugar se revisan las reformas producidas en los mecanismos de asignación de recursos a proveedores, para continuar con una descripción del papel que la financiación privada y, en particular, los esquemas de copagos, juegan en la financiación sanitaria de los Estados de la Unión Europea de los 15.
