    Note: はじめに このノートは、久保庭（2010）論文ならびにそれに依拠した拙著和文叢書（岩波書店近刊）の交易利得関連統計付録を収録している。久保庭（2010）発表以来のデータ利用可能性の拡大により、ブラジル、インド、サウジアラビアの2009 年データを推計により追加した。また、中国の2009 年データも中国国家統計局HP のGDP（暫定版）を利用して改訂した。ロシアについては論文公表後に公開された国家統計局HP 新規GDP データ（2010 年9 月8 日付）を用いた場合についても与えた。表2.1A が新規バージョンで表2.1B が上記論文で用いたデータである。データの入れ替えによって、久保庭（2010）の論文論旨の変更の必要性はないことが確かめられたので、新規データによる分析の微少な変更についてはここでは取り扱っていない。, 久保庭眞彰（2010）「「ロシア病（Russian Disease）」の病理と診断：成長と構造の再検討」『経済研究』第61巻第3 号，pp.261-285．
