Tillväxt i små och nya - och något större och mognare - företag

Abstract

Syftet med denna uppsats är att försöka sammanfatta viktiga lärdomar från den forskning om framför allt små, unga och ägarledda företags tillväxt, som vi båda har bedrivit under mer än femton år. I olika projekt har vi med olika metoder belyst olika frågor om tillväxt hos företag i olika miljöer och utvecklingsstadier. Med hjälp av en modell försöker vi länka samman de inblickar vi fått till en meningsfull helhet. På vägen dit kommer vi att behandla vad som leder till tillväxt och hur själva tillväxten går till, samt också beröra de upplevda och faktiska konsekvenser tillväxt leder till.
