Les actions "requalification" menées en PACA : un bilan critique

Abstract

L'objectif majeur de cette action menée par une équipe du LEST à la demande de la Mission nationale "Nouvelles Requalifications" de la région PACA visait la transformation des emplois existants et de l'organisation du travail à partir d'une pratique de formation. Une dizaine de journées de travail mensuelles ont eu lieu avec les chargés de mission et des animateurs. Ces rencontres ont abouti à un référentiel d'action élaboré à partir du modèle Schwartz et du modèle Rué et présenté ici.
