Abstract

L'objectif de ce projet est de questionner le rôle joué par les réseaux d'acteurs appartenant aux filières alimentaires ligériennes sur la valorisation du territoire. Les formes d'organisation collective territorialisées (FOCT), vocable utilisé pour identifier notre objet d'étude, sont analysées sous plusieurs angles : leur organisation propre, leurs performances globales, et leur impact sur les filières concernées ainsi que sur le développement du territoire, de l'échelle locale à l'échelle régionale. La mobilisation des acteurs professionnels de la Région (producteurs, organisations de producteurs, organismes de développement, collectivités territoriales et autres) a été structurante pour le projet, tant dans les phases de la collecte de données et d'informations que dans celles de l'analyse et de la restitution. Le présent document synthétise le déroulement du projet et ses premiers résultats.
