Abstract

Les SCOP (société coopérative et participative) ont la particularité de mettre en œuvre une gouvernance démocratique tout en étant soumises à la même concurrence que les autres entreprises. Par ailleurs, elles connaissent depuis quinze ans une dynamique qui ne se dément pas malgré la crise. Autant de raisons qui ont poussé une équipe de chercheurs universitaires à en explorer le fonctionnement pour mieux les connaître. Dans ce but, une vaste enquête de terrain a été effectuée auprès d'une cinquantaine d'entre elles dans la région Rhône-Alpes.
