La filière apicole dans les Wilayate de Tizi-Ouzou et de Blida : une ressource territoriale en devenir

Abstract

Cette recherche brosse un état des lieux de l'apiculture dans les Wilayate de Tizi-Ouzou et de Blida grâce au traitement d'une enquête originale administrée auprès de 205 apiculteurs dans ces deux régions. Elle permet de poser la question de l'existence d'une véritable filière structurée qui pourrait devenir un soutien à la dynamique territoriale à condition que les acteurs territoriaux privés et publics s'organisent dans une logique de territorialisation combinée à une logique de patrimonialisation.
