Abstract

Dans cet ouvrage, Chistian Bessy explique qu'il s'est agi de " prendre au sérieux ce que, depuis la fin des années 1980, certains juristes qualifient de " renouveau du contrat de travail " ". C'est donc la question de la réhabilitation de la figure du contrat au sein de la relation de travail qui est au cœur de la recherche menée par Christian Bessy. Nous rendrons compte de cet ouvrage en trois temps ; d'abord, en explicitant la méthodologie et le cadre théorique mobilisés par l'auteur ; ensuite en présentant synthétiquement les principaux résultats auxquels aboutit cette étude ; enfin, en considérant la portée de ces résultats quant au sens de ce " renouveau du contrat de travail ".
