Abstract

Ce rapport présente la méthode d'analyse fonctionnelle des dépenses de voirie, mise en œuvre dans le logiciel Lascar. La première partie de ce rapport expose les principes généraux de la méthode et la définition des différents éléments nécessaires au repérage et à la caractérisation des opérations Elémentaires. La seconde partie expose les conditions de mise en œuvre concrète de la méthode, et les différentes étapes dans le cadre d'utilisation de Lascar. L'application de cette méthode constitue la phase préalable à l'utilisation du " Module d'Analyse des Coûts ", qui permettra la saisie de données détaillées de chaque opération élémentaire. Du respect de cette procédure dépendront la fiabilité des informations sur les coûts (estimatif, structure) et la pertinence des données de synthèse qui seront produites à partir de la " Base de Données Travaux ".
