Abstract

La transformation d'un catalogue d'emplois en référentiel de métiers et compétences n'est pas qu'une simple opération "technique", elle engage des changements dans l'organisation du travail, la répartition des tâches entre professionnels, la conception d'un métier etc. C'est ce que nous avons étudié et discuté avec les salariés de quatre restaurants de collectivité (restaurants méridiens et de centre de loisirs) de la CCAS d'EDF-GDF. La DG souhaitant consulter son personnel sur cette transformation conçue au niveau national par des experts, nous avons accepté de préparer le moment de cette consultation (et non de l'"accompagner" au moment du recueil des avis). Observation du travail en situation et groupes catégoriels d''échange et de réflexion ont permis de comprendre et discuter du "sens du projet", de ce que cela allait changer en termes d'activité de travail et de promotion professionnelle.
