Abstract

Au travers d'entretien qualitatifs et d'une étude quantitative, les auteurs cherchent à: -établir les motivations/freins et les attentes des donneurs vis-à-vis du don de sang; -synthétiser les réactions des donneurs vis-à-vis du don de sang, notamment tester leur perception du don et la valeur qu'ils lui attribuent; - identifier des leviers de fidélisation des donneurs et d'augmentation du nombre de dons par donneurs.
