La connaissance approfondie selon W.E. Deming et la RSE

Abstract

W.E. Deming a pour ambition de contribuer à la transformation des systèmes de management qu'il juge responsable de pertes à l'origine du déclin de nos sociétés. Son dernier ouvrage précise le système de pensée appelé « système de connaissance approfondie » qui doit conduire à cette transformation. Ce système présente l'originalité d'articuler des réflexions relatives à la théorie des systèmes, à la théorie statistique et à des théories comportementales. L'objectif de cette communication est de montrer en quoi l'adoption de ce système de pensée peut favoriser des comportements socialement responsables et une Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises (RSE). La méthodologie de notre recherche repose sur une revue de littérature empruntée à différents champs disciplinaires et nous permettant de croiser les thèmes du management de la qualité, de l'éthique et de la RSE.
