Créativité et résolution de problèmes : la conception de nouveaux produits par les PME

Abstract

Alors que de nombreux travaux s'intéressent aux processus créatifs dans les activités économiques reliées aux domaines de l'esthétique - arts, architecture et jeux vidéo notamment - nous nous proposons d'analyser la question de la créativité au sein de processus industriels de conception de produits, avec une attention spécifique portée cas des PME-PMI. Selon les auteurs en conception de produits (Pahl et Beitz 1996) l'innovation peut être vue comme un processus de résolution de problèmes. En outre, les problèmes à résoudre présentent différents niveaux de complexité et ils appellent des processus cognitifs adaptés. La créativité semble être une condition nécessaire pour la résolution de problèmes complexes. Nous présentons deux approches de la créativité et soulignons les difficultés d'appropriation des outils d'aides à la conception innovante dans les PME en nous appuyant sur des expériences du transfert de la méthode TRIZ dans les PME.
