Abstract

Dans une coopérative, une association, une mutuelle, quelle approche utiliser pour analyser la santé de l'organisation ? La tentation est grande d'aller voir du côté du Canvas, de McKinsey ou des écoles de commerce pour aller y piocher des outils de management usuels. Ce faisant, le risque de banaliser l'organisation est immense ! L'approche par les amarres permet de questionner la robustesse d'une organisation coopérative, associative ou mutualiste sans omettre de considérer sa double nature - à la fois groupement de personnes et entreprise productive. Le document proposé ici présente très pratiquement cette approche.
