Abstract

L'émergence des bioclusters respose d'abord sur la dotation en ressources. Ensuite, les liens informels entre les acteurs constituent le socle de la formalisation du biocluster qui se fondent sur les divers aspects de l'ancrage territoriale de la bioéconomie. Par ailleurs, pour son développement, la spécification et l'activation de la ressource territoriale constituent une stratégie des acteurs d'aller au-delà de la ressource donnée en vue de renforcer la compétitive de la bioéconomie locale.
