Abstract

ATD Quart Monde est présent aux Philippines depuis 1987. À Manille, des familles qui n'ont pas d'autres choix vivent dans un cimetière. Elles y gagnent un peu d'argent en s'occupant des tombes et en y rendant des services aux visiteurs. En 2015, les volontaires y ont initié une action-pilote : Sulong. Aux Philippines, ce mot signifie « aller de l'avant ». Ce document est un support de resttution d'un projet co-financé par la MSH Paris-Nord (APP 2024) et le Mouvement International ATD Quart Monde.
