Abstract

Compte tenu du poids de la Russie dans les approvisionnements mondiaux en hydrocarbures, les marchés du pétrole et du gaz naturel sont au cœur des bouleversements d'économie politique, observés depuis l'invasion de l'Ukraine décidée par le pouvoir russe. L'effet le plus immédiat de la guerre a été une réorientation des flux internationaux de pétrole et, dans une moindre mesure, de gaz naturel. Partant du constat de cette fragmentation, cette contribution s'interroge, d'une part, sur ce qu'elle révèle des rapports énergétiques internationaux nés de la guerre en Ukraine et, d'autre part, sur les enjeux de conflits et de coopération entre les acteurs dont elle est porteuse.
