Abstract

Les salariés de centres sociaux font face à d'importants risques psycho-sociaux du fait qu'ils évoluent dans un environnement où se côtoient différents types d'acteurs qui n'ont pas la même source de motivation. Effectivement, nous retrouvons des salariés, mais également des membres bénévoles ou encore des élus. Au sein de cet éco-système, les salariés sont ceux qui présentent le plus de contraintes. comment les contraintes mentales au travail influencent-t-elles la motivation des salariés des centres sociaux meusiens ? Notre hypothèse générale est : des contraintes mentales à forte demande psychologique, une faible latitude décisionnelle et un faible support social impactent négativement la motivation des employés de centres sociaux. Les résultats laissent supposer que les employés de centres sociaux meusiens font face à des situations de jobstrain, mais le support social apparait comme une ressource psycho-sociale.
