Abstract

Alors que les "super-applications" sont bien installées en Asie, en Afrique et en Amérique du Sud, elles sont pour l'heure absentes du marché européen. Pourquoi ? Est-ce du fait d'une absence de demande ? D'une réglementation peu favorable ? Pour répondre à ces questions, Renaissance Numérique explore dans cette note le modèle d'accès aux services numériques propre au marché européen, ainsi que le cadre réglementaire en vigueur au sein de l'Union européenne en matière de droit de la consommation, de protection des données personnelles ou encore de réglementation financière.
