It focuses on the role of the port authority, while also integrating the actions carried out by all the players (institutions, businesses) in the project implemented on a regional scale. It is also intended to serve as a tool for territorial, making it possible both to disseminate the best practices developed in Dunkerque and to compare experiences in different industrial port areas.
